Postcard Challenge: City of Enchantment

Got the postcard last Wednesday, stared at it for an age, did some research (because I am a HUGE dork), and then stared at it some more. Read Missy's story, stared at it again, and stuffed it beneath a pile of books.
And then I found a witchcraft playlist, remembered this had a deadline, and had an early morning train ride. Apparently that worked (though not for grammar)? Rachel I love you.
